A Surprise nonprofit organization that serves older adults, caregivers and families in the West Valley is offering a new education opportunity for pastors and faith leaders focused on caregiving and aging.
Benevilla is presenting a free program, “The Silent Crisis of Caregiving,” which is designed to support clergy as they encounter an increasing number of congregants caring for aging loved ones.
Many families begin managing caregiving responsibilities long before a diagnosis or crisis occurs, often without identifying themselves as caregivers.
