Surprise makes PSA push about left-turn safety

With more flashing yellow arrows popping up across Surprise intersections, the city has created a PSA campaign to help keep drivers safer on the road.

And the city’s Traffic Department is planning some fixes to the most dangerous intersection in Surprise.

The moves come from recommendations from two recent studies the city commissioned to study the safety of left turns and the intersection of Bell and Litchfield roads.
