This breakfast event includes the third annual presentation of the Surprise Veterans, Disability and Human Services Commission’s Community Legend Awards, which will honor winners in the categories of Individual Legend, Outstanding Youth, Volunteer of the Year and Organization of the Year.
This year’s breakfast will start with food at 8 a.m., followed by the program at 8:30 a.m., at 15802 N. Parkview Place.
