Surprise Police are looking for a man who allegedly exposed his genitals to people gathered near the dog park at The Grand in Surprise last week.
Police responded to a report of indecent exposure on Oct. 21 at The Grand dog park. A resident requested officers attempt to contact the individual to determine whether he needed assistance.
“She provided a photograph of the man, who appeared to be a white male wearing only a black T-shirt, to assist with identification,” said Surprise Police Public Information Officer Sergeant Rick Hernandez.
