Chipotle is poised to expand its footprint in Surprise — but this time in the fastest growing part of the city.

The popular Mexican chain is planning its fourth location in the city but the first in the northwest Asante area.

Developers are unveiling plans this week for the project that is planned for the southwest corner of 163rd Avenue and Pat Tillmann Boulevard.
