Man shot, killed by police in Surprise after fleeing Glendale scene of brother's killing

Glendale Police tracked a man who shot and killed his younger brother Wednesday morning. The man, identified as 64-year-old Terry Landos, was shot and killed by police later that morning in northwest Surprise.

The call for service happened just after 7 a.m. Sept. 17, when Glendale Police officers responded to a home near 61st Avenue and Bloomfield Road following a report of a domestic disturbance and possible shooting.

The victim is 54-year-old Steven Landos. A family member reported hearing a gunshot after an altercation and finding her son, Steven, deceased inside his bedroom.
