The West Valley Arts Council is hosting a Loteria Game Night, Oct. 10, surrounded by the “IMPRINT: Viva La Cultura” art exhibit at the Arts HQ Gallery.

A Loteria Game Night will be 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Arts HQ Gallery, 16126 N. Civic Center Plaza, Ste 102 in Surprise. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Play Loteria surrounded by festive artwork and supporting two local nonprofit organizations in the West Valley as proceeds for the joint fundraiser event supports the West Valley Arts Council and One Step Beyond nonprofit organizations’ programs in the West Valley community.
Attendees can enjoy playing the traditional card game amid the new "IMPRINT: Viva la Cultura" art exhibit featuring local Latin and Hispanic festive artwork of Frida, Dia de los Muertos, la Catrina, and other themes celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. There will be chuchulucos and a cash bar.

Game entry is $10 per card/person. Multiple cards can be purchased for $5 each at the event. The game is four rounds, and the grand prize will be 50% of the night’s card proceeds up to $500. The more who play, the higher the pay out.
The gallery is north of the Surprise City Hall. Free parking is available on either side of the building.
