The city of Surprise is helping families prepare for the upcoming school year by offering free backpacks and other resources leading up to the end of July.

Families who pre-register for the upcoming Back 2 School Community Fair at surpriseaz.gov/Backpack can receive a free backpack for each school-age child, while supplies last.

The fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 19 at the Surprise Senior Center, 15832 N. Hollyhock St.

The city of Surprise is helping families prepare for the upcoming school year by offering free backpacks and other resources leading up to the end of July.

Families who pre-register for the upcoming Back 2 School Community Fair at surpriseaz.gov/Backpack can receive a free backpack for each school-age child, while supplies last.

The fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 19 at the Surprise Senior Center, 15832 N. Hollyhock St.

Additionally, anyone attending the Back 2 School fair will have access to multiple resources, including haircuts, snacks, school supplies and health resources.
