The city of Surprise has chairs a futon and workout benches among items up for auction this week.

Public Surplus Auction is hosting the auction through 8 p.m. Monday, July 28 at publicsurplus.com. 

The items up for bid are the following:

• Folding chairs
• Chair rack
• Futon
• Volleyball poles
• Workout benches
• Metal shelving
• Magazine rack
• Desk footrest

Buyers have five calendar days from after the auction close date to pick up their auction purchases, by appointment only.
