The international bestseller and award-winning book, “The Rainbow Fish,” centers around a message of friendship and belonging.

That message will be coming to Surprise’s Actors PLAYground theater, which will bring its youth adaptation of the play version over the next few weekends.

The community theater at 11340 W. Bell Road, Suite 104, is hosting two versions of the play, which was adapted from Marcus Pfister’s book.
