The Rotary Club of Surprise & Sun City West recognized 19 members for their commitment to service and support of The Rotary Foundation during its Aug. 11 meeting in Surprise.
The club also welcomed two longtime Rotarians as honorary members.
The recognition highlights both the local volunteers behind Rotary and the broader impact their support makes possible. The Surprise & Sun City West club participated in projects benefiting local schools, student scholarships, food programs, senior services and area nonprofit organizations, while also supporting Rotary initiatives around the world.
