Sun City West residents celebrated the completion of the master planning process and community aligned planning.
BerryDunn was contracted to complete this process, which was prepared in the budget at $250,000 and was approved by the governing board, according to Recreation Centers of Sun City West General Services Officer Katy O’Grady.
“All the bids came in much higher. We negotiated with the lowest bidder, Berry Dunn, to get their price down to $279,000, which was the final contract amount. The general manager has the authority to approve up to $49,999, which is what he did in this case so we could accept the low bid,” said O’Grady.
