Sun City West Tennis Club celebrates a big milestone

Posted

The Sun City West Tennis Club is celebrating a 45th anniversary this year. It was one of the very first clubs created and granted club status in October 1975 in Sun City West.

At the club’s April membership meeting, club officials recognized the 74 Octo and Nona Genarians members of the club. This includes those members that are in their 80’s and 90’s that are still actively playing tennis to various degrees. Many of these same individuals helped to guide the club over the years and implement policies and events that are still in place today.
