Sun City West church invites community to sing with choir

Ken Goodenberger, director of the West Valley Choral and music director at Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church, 13658 W. Meeker Blvd., invites anyone in the community who likes to sing to join the church choir for a special summer program.
Starting May 5, the choir will rehearse 9 a.m. Sundays, just before the 10 a.m. service, and they are looking for new voices to join them. There is no long-term commitment (summer only, come when possible), there are no auditions, anthems will be simple and everyone is welcome.
Those interested are invited to show up in the church’s choir room a few minutes before 9 a.m. Sundays. Call 623-584-2280 for more information.
