Northwest Valley Democrats to host Sun Cities meeting

Discussion of labor union developments will take center stage at the next Northwest Valley Democrats monthly meeting Wednesday, Sept. 9, at the Sun City West Foundation Building, 14465 R.H. Johnson Blvd. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The club will welcome Maxwell Ulin, attorney for Unite Here, Local 11, who will present on “Plan 2028,” a multi-union strategy designed to amplify worker power, coordinate bold economic demands and build a unified labor front across industries, according to the Northwest Valley Democrats.
