Members of the Sun City National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, Agua Fria Chapter, were invited to participate in recognizing all veterans and their families at the West Valley Genealogical Society November meeting in Youngtown.
Daughters Debbie Scheider, Deena Gibson, Linda Lundberg, Tish Alicki, LaVonne Rasmusson, Shirley Staggs and Carolyn Filer gave Vietnam War era veteran 50th commemorative pins to those who served between Nov. 1, 1955, to May 15, 1975, in any branch of the service in any location in the world, as well as surviving spouse pins to spouses of veterans.
Flag pins and flags were also given to everyone attending the meeting.
