At least three Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1 million mark in April, according to Realtor.com.
All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot.
The top home sale, 9762 W. Jj Ranch Road, sold on April 26 for $2.6 million. The 4,925-square-foot home on a 0.8-acre lot has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The seller was represented by Blake St. John with Engel & Völkers Scottsdale, and the buyer was represented by Dave Messner with Realty One Group.
