 Epicenter at Agritopia, the vertically integrated mixed-use community and retail destination in Agritopia, has announced the completion of all retail leasing and that The Tyler luxury apartments are completed and available for leasing across their three buildings.

This project was brought to life through the Johnston family, who set out to create an urban downtown space in Agritopia. 

Epicenter boasts a diverse array of offerings now open for business. Visitors can shop for gifts at Bunky BoutiqueManor apparel, urbAna celebrations store, Why I Love Where I Live and Vintage Home. Food and drink enthusiasts can get dining experiences at Buck and RiderBeer BarnBelly Kitchen & BarGadzooksMatt’s Big BreakfastPeixoto coffeeSpinato’s Pizzeria and Family KitchenSourceUndertow and one final tenant that will be announced soon.

Those seeking self-care and wellness can indulge at The Beauty Boss CoBarre3The CollectiveThe Ivy, Rise Wellness and Wylde Hair Salon + Hooligans Barbershop and Freed Beauty.

Epicenter will host a Grand Opening celebration at 2 p.m. Nov. 16. The event will be presided over by founder Joe Johnston and CEO William Johnston of Johnston & Co. Guests, friends, and family will gather to commemorate this milestone. The ceremony will culminate in a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“This marks a significant milestone in our journey," William Johnston said in a release. "Epicenter at Agritopia has evolved from a mere vision into a vibrant reality. This urban hub stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of numerous teams and tenants, bolstered by the incredible support of our community."
