Tempe Diablos ‘celebrate giving’ at annual event

Posted

The Tempe Diablos Charities and Tempe Diablos were hosts at the 2nd Annual Celebrate Giving event last month where 70 organizations came together in appreciation of the nearly $500,000 they received in grants during the year.

The Oct. 9 event at the Desert Botanical Garden included Tempe city officials and speakers from Ballet Arizona and Lily’s Pad, a nonprofit dedicated to help children battling leukemia.

“These two organizations represent the great diversity the Diablos help support to continue to make Tempe an extraordinary city,” a release stated.
