In the midst of rising interest rates affecting the real estate market and growing concerns over Arizona's water supply, the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association announces its monthly meeting.
Scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, at 8600 E. Anderson Drive, this assembly will feature authoritative figures like Tina Tamboer from the Cromford Report, Salt River Project Councilman Mark Lewis, Amanda Monize from the CAP Water Board and mobile home investment speaker Adrian Smude.
Tamboer will offer her projections on the Arizona real estate market. Lewis will clarify the facts about Arizona's precarious water supply and Monize will present viable solutions to address this mounting concern. Smude will break down myths and provide case studies on why mobile home investing could be your next big financial move.
