Ramos: Religion does not belong in public office

I'm so glad that the Freedom from Religion Foundation took notice and asked members of the Peoria Unified School District governing board for a reprimand.

Hopefully the same note will be sent to the major of the city.

Religion is one of those topics that can become political really fast. It does not belong in any public office.
