Phoenix industrial warehouse sold

A large industrial warehouse in Phoenix has changed hands, Cushman and Wakefield announced on Thursday.

The warehouse — which houses a distributor of aftermarket automotive and RV equipment and accessories — sold to LaSalle Investment Management, the announcement stated.

The industrial center — located at 5670 S. 32nd St., Phoenix — was built in 2015 and is part of Canal Crossing. Canal Crossing is a single-tenant building totaling 155,144 square feet on 10 acres, the announcement stated.

In a separate sale, Riverside @ 51st, a multi-tenant building, was sold to Link Logistics.

“The portfolio consists of two institutional quality last mile buildings occupying core infill locations with proximity to demand drivers and customer bases,” said Molly Hunt of Cushman and Wakefield. “The properties benefit from immediate access to major transportation corridors, offering connectivity to multiple major markets within a single day. These transactions provided a win-win-win outcome for all parties.”

The details for both transactions weren’t released.
