The look and landscaping for a proposed Outlaw Trucking retail development south of Main Street and east of Higley Road are to discussed at an October meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
An application by Dan Christensen of C.E.W. Associates and owner Jason Dial of Outlaw Trucking was to be discussed at the board’s Sept. 12 meeting but was continued to the Oct. 10 meeting which begins at 4:30 p.m. in the lower council chambers, 57 E. First St.
The site plan shows there is to be a 7,860-square-foot building and canopy, 11 parking spots, and shared access from Main Street.
The all-volunteer Mesa Design Review Board is unique in that its composition is set by the zoning ordinance to include two architects; two from other design professions such as landscape architecture, engineering, urban planning, interior design or other design-related background; one contractor or developer; and two residents, according to the city’s website.
