Litchfield Park is looking for residents who want to make a difference in the city by serving on boards and commissions.

There are three seats open on the Design Review Board/Board of Adjustment and two seats on the Recreation and Public Grounds Commission.

Applications are available at City Hall or can be printed from the city’s website at litchfieldpark.gov.

The website includes information regarding meeting times and a list of current members.

The deadline to appy is Tuesday, Feb. 28.

“Engaging citizens benefit government and the region and instills a sense of belonging,” city officials said in a release.

“Here is your opportunity to become involved, knowledgeable and a part of the process that improves the quality of your life in your city."
