Lee & Associates, which specializes in commercial brokerage services of industrial, office, investment, multifamily, retail, has announced, Mark Bramlett, is taking a principal role at the firm.
A top retail producer for the last 15 years, Bramlett brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona to Lee & Associates, according to a press release.
Numbers show over the last decade, Bramlett has closed more than 200 transactions totaling more than half a billion in valuation. Bramlett specializes in the tenant representation of national retailers and commercial land development with a commitment to providing value added service through market knowledge and negotiation skills.
On the tenant side Bramlett has represented some of the country’s biggest retailers including:
Tanger Outlet Malls,
Dayton Hudson (Target),
Home Depot Inc.;
Kroger Company (Fry’s Food Store),
Wells Fargo;
Walgreen’s Drug Stores;
McDonald’s; and
Raising Cane’s.
Bramlett’s market knowledge, industry contacts, and extensive principal relationships has also meant success for the expansion of his retail clients in Arizona, Lee & Associates officials say.
On the landlord representation side, Bramlett has represented:
DMB Associates;
Kimco Development;
Globe Corporation;
Klaff Realty;
Barclay Group:
Sun Belt Investment Holdings;
Evergreen Development; and
National Retail Properties.
