Van Trust starts work on third building at West Valley site

Facility along Loop 101 will be 463,079 square feet

On Oct. 14 VanTrust Real Estate announced the start of construction of Phase II at VT101, located at 6091 N Ballpark Blvd., adjacent to Glendale's sports and entertainment district.

This is the third building at VT101 that will be a modern facility in a desirable Valley business corridor.

The 463,079 square foot, Class A cross-dock facility is designed by Butler Design Group and features a 40-foot clear height, 100 dock doors, and 80 trailer parking stalls.
