Huge new auto museum opens in Glendale

Martin Auto Museum, which showcases more than 140 classic cars and countless amounts of memorabilia from virtually every automotive era, has opened to the public.

The museum, which also features an on-site event center that can hold up to 450 people, is at 4320 W. Thunderbird Road. The facility has been under development for months.

It houses some of the most impressive automobiles and related collectables in the state. The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

Martin Auto Museum and Event Center is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to the preservation of collectible and rare automobiles for educational purposes.
