Chandler schools principal reassigned after lawsuits filed

An educator who was named in a lawsuit against her school district has been reassigned after being placed on leave.

Jamie Lander was placed on leave in mid-February, shortly after a lawsuit was filed against her, her husband and her stepson. They were among those named in a lawsuit filed in February by a Gilbert man who claims parents were negligent in supervising their teen children.

Rick Kuehner says his son was attacked by multiple teens in the parking lot of a Gilbert In-N-Out Burger last summer.
