Grand Avenue frontage road in El Mirage to close for rain gutter install

Drivers who use the Grand Avenue frontage road in El Mirage should plan for an around-the-clock closure of Santa Fe Lane.

The closure is from 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, through Monday, March 18, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around maintenance personnel and equipment while the following restriction is in place:

Access to Santa Fe Lane from US 60 will be closed from 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, through Monday, March 18. ADOT will maintain access to all businesses in the area. Drivers can use Alto Street as an alternate route.

The closure is necessary while crews install rain gutters under Santa Fe Lane.
