Fabulous Phoenix 4th will take place this July after missing 2022 due to supply chain issues.

The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department on Thursday announced the event's return.

It will be at Steele Indian School Park, 300 E. Indian School Road, and  run 6-10 p.m. Tuesday, July 4.

There will be more than 7,800 aerial effects, making it one of the largest fireworks displays in the Southwest, city officials said.

The non-alcoholic family event is free.

"We are delighted to bring back this beloved event," Cynthia Aguilar, director of the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, said.

"Fabulous Phoenix 4th will be a night of fun, laughter and excitement for everyone."

Besides the fireworks, there will be food, music and games for all ages, according to event organizers.
