First Elm Street business gets off the ground in Surprise

Mother, twins open their third Amazing Lash Studio in growing area

It’s been a long time coming.

The new Elm Street project in the Surprise City Center has been in the works for years. But until recently, no actual businesses have set up shop in the area that’s about to explode with development.

Amazing Lash Studio at 16825 N. 145th Ave., Suite 119, behind Better Buzz Coffee, was the first to officially open in mid-February at the strip mall that borders the new street that doesn’t even have pavement yet.
