Posted

Scottsdale-based LevRose Commercial Real Estate has completed the $11.2 million sale of 3925 N. Brown Ave., to Terry Black’s BBQ.

LevRose Partners Danielle Davis, Branden Mondragon and Trent McCullough represented the sellers in the transaction, according to a press release.

The acquisition marks Texas barbecue brand’s foray into Arizona market.
Spanning an entire city block, the approximately 0.74-acre property comprises nine parcels and approximately 10,409 SF of existing buildings.

“This was a truly unique opportunity to acquire one of Old Town Scottsdale’s most recognizable and irreplaceable properties,” Davis said. “Its full-block scale, visibility and location made it an exceptionally rare offering. We’re excited to see Terry Black’s BBQ bring new energy to Scottsdale as it enters the Arizona market.”
