Chandler requests comments on proposed zoning, sign codes changes

Chandler’s Planning Division is looking for residents and developers to comment on proposed code amendments that involve residential and non-residential uses.

The changes would affect land use and zoning as well as sign codes, according to a release.

An overview of the 20-plus proposed amendments, along with a feedback form, are available online at chandleraz.gov/CodeAmendments. Feedback must be received by 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30. 

It will be compiled and shared with city management and the mayor and council prior to the introduction of the ordinance, the release stated.
