The Buckeye City Council approved an $820 million budget on June 3 with much of it going toward road and traffic improvements and upgrades to a water reclamation facility.
Some of next fiscal year’s capital improvement projects include:
Southern/Apache traffic signal.
Adding a lane to Verrado from Yuma to Van Buren, intersection improvements to Yuma/Verrado.
Connecting McDowell Road to Verrado.
Upgrades to the Sundance Water Reclamation Facility.
