Phoenix — After 25 years of serving Phoenix and surrounding areas, the owner of the family-owned and operated Carpet Closeouts has decided it was time to retire and close his store.

The store sells top name brands in carpet, tile and other flooring like Couristan, Shaw, Tuftex, Dixie, Dreamweaver, Masland, Fabrica, Mohawk, Apollo and more.

A store closing sale, facilitated and managed by Retail Sales PRO, will be held to sell all items from the sizable showroom. The retirement sale will be launched privately by invitation, then publicly from then on with regular prices discounted up to 50% off.

Phoenix — After 25 years of serving Phoenix and surrounding areas, the owner of the family-owned and operated Carpet Closeouts has decided it was time to retire and close his store.

The store sells top name brands in carpet, tile and other flooring like Couristan, Shaw, Tuftex, Dixie, Dreamweaver, Masland, Fabrica, Mohawk, Apollo and more.

A store closing sale, facilitated and managed by Retail Sales PRO, will be held to sell all items from the sizable showroom. The retirement sale will be launched privately by invitation, then publicly from then on with regular prices discounted up to 50% off.

The Carpet Closeouts retirement sale launched privately on Wednesday, Sept. 30 and the public sale begins on Thursday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m. ‑ 5 p.m.

The store’s regular hours and all other details about their retirement sale are available at carpetcloseouts.com where customers can also sign up to receive sale alerts and updates.

“I’ve always emphasized a ‘customer first’ approach from day one because I knew a positive experience would create repeat business,” owner Howard Pressman stated in a news release. “Doing this while also providing them great value has always been rewarding for me. Now I look forward to retirement, traveling, pursuing hobbies and having more family time.”

The store is located at 17442 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix, at the crossroads of Cave Creek and Bell roads, near Loop 101.
