Ballot measure for water franchise agreement likely to be on November ballot in Peoria

Peoria residents are likely to have an item on the general election ballot in November seeking approval for a franchise agreement between the city and the Rose Valley Water Co.

The agreement would allow the water company to provide water within the city’s boundaries.

Council will consider the item for the ballot at its public meeting April 21.
