In recognition of its dedication and transformative work in the community, AZCEND has been chosen as the recipient of the Chandler Chamber 2023 Community Cup Award.

Established in 1966, as the Chandler Christian Community Center, AZCEND has assisted 14,000 individuals, ensuring they receive the support they need.

The food donation program has provided one million pounds of food to those facing hunger, while mobilizing 1,000 volunteers to make this possible.

AZCEND volunteers have served more than 70,000 meals to vulnerable Chandler populations.

The Family Resource Center has been a haven for 2,386 children. AZCEND has provided 5,000 bed nights to individuals seeking shelter, offering them a place of refuge and support.

There is also rent and utility assistance to 1,500 families and the annual Operation Santa program.
