An Ace Hardware store is proposed for a piece of land sold near Recker and Williams Field roads June 30.
The 2.05 acres of land at 4099 E. Williams Field Road was sold for $800,000 from Evergreen Development Co. to entity tracing to Rodney Blanco, Brenna Blanco-Roberts and James Roberts, organized as VBR Holdings LLC, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.
The land is zoned for general commercial.
The plan calls for a 12,500-square-foot retail building, plus 1,600-square-foot garden center. The lot would have 83 parking spaces.
