The Scottsdale REALTORS association recently honored 14 of its members and a citizen during a private luncheon and awards ceremony at Venue8600, 8600 E. Anderson Drive.

“We are so proud of these recipients,” said 2024 President Peggy Neely. “They make all of our lives more outstanding.”

In recognition of her service, Tricia Lehane received the 2023 REALTOR of the Year award. A native of Canada, Lehane was the first U.S. International REALTOR member to serve on the Canadian Real Estate Association Global Committee.

The Member Relief Administrative Committee was presented with the association’s Caring Heart Award. Recognized members were Lehane, Frank Azami, Shawna Glazier, Stephanie Greenfield, Rick Hill, John Rapasky, Jay Schlum, Debbie Sinagoga and chairperson Patty Schmid.

Other honorees included Affiliate of the Year Rachel Tarman, Commercial REALTOR of the Year Amy Coblentz, Emerging REALTOR of the Year Austin Bloom, Global REALTOR of the Year Deena Semeniuk and Citizen of the Year Denny Brown in recognition of his advocacy for Scottsdale’s most vulnerable residents.

Celebrating 40 years as a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Janine Brown received REALTOR Emeritus status from Neely and was pinned by past president Sandy Lunsford. Brown previously served as the Scottsdale REALTORS 2008 president.
