Mediterranean restaurant to open in Scottsdale

A new coastal Mediterranean restaurant is coming to Scottsdale soon.

Pinyon, a new restaurant from the team at Hi Noon Hospitality, will open in Scottsdale on Oct. 29, according to a press release. The menu will feature flavors, traditions and spices from the 22 Mediterranean countries.

The kitchen will use a hand-forged and charcoal Josper Grill imported from Barcelona. The menu will also feature a rotating selection of hummus and dips via its Hummusiya menu. The restaurant also will prominently feature fresh seafood, a comprehensive bar program, pastas, seasonal salads, small plates and much more.
