Institutional Property Advisors announced the sale and financing of a 412-unit multifamily property in Scottsdale this week.
According to a press release, the property is called Avana Desert View and is located near Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak. According to the press release, amenities include two swimming pools and spas, a sand volleyball court, a playground and more.
Nearby the apartments are entertainment options such as Kierland Commons, PV Phoenix, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge Marketplace and more.
