A brokerage firm arranged $22 million in financing for a senior center in Scottsdale.
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation secured the financing for The Springs of Scottsdale Independent & Senior Assisted Living, according to a press release.
The 143-unit senior living center is located in downtown Scottsdale and offers one and two-bedroom fully equipped units. Additional amenities include a gym with daily exercise classes, housekeeping, all-inclusive dining, a full-time concierge and more.
