The building has seen more than 28,00-square-feet in new leases and expansions, according to a press release.

The new transactions include a mix of tenants, expansions and long-term commitments from companies in fields such as financial services, construction, professional services, commercial real estate and more, as the project celebrates its 20th anniversary.
