$1M doesn’t get the Scottsdale home it used to

“In 2021 or 2022 when the market was super crazy, I helped a client buy an Airbnb in south Scottsdale for $1.1 million,” said Phoenix REALTORS Board President Sammy Glassman, who was born and raised in Scottsdale, said. “My business partner who I’ve know since middle school and I walked in and we’re were like do you remember when these were like $25,000 or $30,000 and now their $1.1 million? It’s kind of, boom, mind blowing!"

And just what you do get in a low six-figure home can shock buyers.
