Queen Creek enters new agreement for Sossaman, Germann intersection improvements

Queen Creek is planning major improvements to the Germann and Sossamon road intersection.

Queen Creek has entered into another intergovernmental agreement with Maricopa County and the city of Mesa for the Sossaman Road and Germann Road Intersection Improvement Project.

The IGA is meant to clarify jurisdictional ownership of the Sossaman Road Crossing at Union Pacific Railroad, which is located within unincorporated Maricopa County.
