David Weekley Homes has announced it will soon begin building new homes in the community of Legado West in Queen Creek.
The builder will be constructing two series of homes — Suelo at Legado West and Tierra at Legado West. Each series will feature a model home to tour.
In Suelo at Legado West, buyers can select from five floor plans situated on 90-foot homesites. These homes range in size from approximately 3,250 to 3,800 square feet.
In Tierra at Legado West, David Weekley Homes will feature five floor plans situated on 100-foot homesites ranging from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet.
Both home series will include RV garage options. Community amenities will include parks, play structures, sports lawns and a covered ramada.
The developments will be located near the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, Gilbert Regional Park, Sonoqui Wash Trail Trailhead and Queen Creek Wash Trail. Students will attend schools in Chandler Unified School District.
