The Switchyard, a planned $120M mixed-use project in Queen Creek will be built on land purchased from the town for $8.6 million.

Queen Creek has extended the closing date on a developer’s $8.6 million purchase of more than 8 acres of town property in downtown.

Creation RE is buying 8.2 acres of town-owned land on the northeast corner of Ellsworth Loop and East Ocotillo roads where it plans to develop retail, office and multifamily housing.
