Fender Musical Instruments is moving its headquarters from Scottsdale to Phoenix, building an 80,000-square-foot, three-story office building at the former Paradise Valley Mall.
The instrument maker received preliminary site plan approval for its new headquarters from the city of Phoenix on Monday. It plans to welcome employees in fall 2025.
“Any time you have a company with the stature of a Fender Guitar or some other well-known name brands that are around the Valley now, it’s always a good thing,” said Phil Bradstock, the Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department’s program manager for the project.
