CLEAR plans to launch a door-to-door baggage assistance service at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport by Thanksgiving.
CLEAR Concierge is a service where a CLEAR staff member will greet travelers at a dedicated meeting point as they arrive to the airport, carry their bags and assist them through the CLEAR+ security lane and to their gates or wherever else they may need to go.
The Phoenix Aviation Business and Development Subcommittee on Thursday unanimously approved a change to CLEAR’s lease with the airport to allow for the new service. The lease amendment will go to the full Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board on Thursday, Oct. 15 and before Phoenix City Council for final approval on Wednesday, Nov. 4.
