A westbound Loop 303 lane restriction near I-17 in north Phoenix starts on Wednesday, Sept. 9, and state transportation officials suggest drivers take a detour at Dove Valley Road.
Westbound Loop 303 will be narrowed to one lane between the I-17 interchange and 43rd Avenue from 5 a.m. Sept. 9 through October for bridge construction as part of the Arizona Department of Transportation’s I-17/Loop 303 interchange improvement project.
Heavy traffic and delays are expected, especially along the northbound I-17 exit ramp at Loop 303/Sonoran Desert Drive, ADOT officials said.
